COOLSPRING 2001 - FALL SHOW

The fall show is now history. Doug, my Son-In-Law, and Becky, the dog attended along with me. My wife was staying with her youngest daughter waiting for a second Grandchild.

Thursday night was cold, while Friday night was very comfortable. Saturday morning started with rain and then turned into a beautiful day.

I had mounted the Myric and a pump more-or-less permanently onto a trailer, so I just dropped the rig, started the, engine and walked away. Visitors seemed to like the fact that the engine was actually performing work. (I had made an invisible tank out of some lengths of 3" pipe, mounted it to he underside of the trailer and rigged the pump to recycle water)

I only took pictures of running engines, and I wish more people had been running their engines.

Following is a series of pictures of a very, very fine Jacobson side shaft
